Marketing & Communication Manager Benelux

Created and installed for Benelux in Jan 2014 a new strategy for the household appliances brand Beko. Under the umbrella concept 'Inspired by you', containing a human-centric approach in look & feel, creation and tone-of-voice. Evolving from B2B oriented brand communication approach to an understood-by-all approach. This strategy has been appreciated, one of the projects won a Communication Award, and will be rolled out to different markets. Kick-off at the IFA fair in Berlin Sept 2014. Rolled out various B2C and B2B2C projects with consistent Beko house style, look & feel and tone-of-voice. Initiated a new
online rich media implementation, to create a consistent look and information stream protecting Beko's fresh image in the ever-changing, fast-growing e-market. Asogem is the leading importer and distributor of Home Appliances in the Benelux. Their brands are Beko - WMF - Grundig - Bionaire - Dreamland - Climadiff - Avintage I was the main responsible for all Benelux marcom activities of Beko. Building brand awareness for Beko. Creating an emotional relationship with Beko customers. Tracking customer needs and providing sales support. Maintaining a good relationship with Beko HQ and all stakeholders.
